Aly Corvin is from the small town of Kingsburg, California—a place known as the “Swedish Village.” After a series of unexplained injuries, heart problems, and countless mysterious symptoms, Aly was formally diagnosed in her early twenties with Unspecified Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome with daily dislocations of the large and small joints, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Small Fiber Neuropathy, and several other related conditions—all within a single calendar year. What initially felt like the end of normalcy became the start of a life reimagined.

For Aly, returning to dance and choreography became both a coping mechanism and a way to rebuild physically and mentally. She was invited as a guest choreographer for Fresno City College’s City Dances, and even through later periods of homelessness, she continued to adapt her craft to her wheelchair and pursue her passion. Over the past six years, she has not only reclaimed her joy but paved a path many thought impossible, building an online community of nearly 400,000 followers across platforms.

Today, Aly is happily engaged to her fiancé and works full-time as a social media creative and performer. She dedicates herself to volunteering, giving back to her community, and pushing boundaries for those with dynamic disabilities. Some of her milestones since moving to SoCal in 2024 include being formally recognized by the City of Long Beach in 2025, winning Ms. Wheelchair California 2025 and serving as Ms. Wheelchair America First Runner-Up and Lead Ambassador in 2026, earning first place and an E25 ranking in parafencing at California’s first-ever para-regional fencing competition with no formal training, testing adaptive equipment across the Grand Canyon, and helping over 70 individuals receive lightweight power wheelchairs at no cost. She was also featured as a dancer in Apple’s accessibility commercial released in December 2025.

Aly’s mission is to help people recognize that they are enough as they are, encouraging them to care for their bodies and pursue their dreams no matter where their journey takes them. She shows that even when life’s path shifts, there is always a way to reimagine what’s possible. Online and in her community, Aly shows up as a confident, boundary-pushing performer with a taste for adrenaline and a refusal to let limitations define her.
